Derry man charged with fraud returned for trial

A man has been returned for trial to Derry Crown Court on a series of fraud by false representation charges.
Bradley Thompson (30) of Canterbury Park in Derry appeared at a Preliminary Enquiry at the local Magistrates' Court today. 
He is charged with 13 counts of fraud by false representation on various dates between March 31, 2023 and May 5, 2023.
It was accepted there was a case to answer and there were no contrary submissions. 
Thompson said he did not want to call any witnesses or make any statement at this stage. 
He was returned to Derry Crown Court on May 6 and released on bail.
