Derry man returned for trial over alleged drug supply

A man has been returned for trial to Derry Crown Court on a series of drug charges. 

Shane Lynch (43) of Cranlee Park in Derry appeared at a Preliminary Enquiry at the local Magistrate's Court

He was charged with being concerned in the supply of class A  drugs on dates between November 1 2021 and May 7 2022.

He was also charged with being concerned in an offer to supply Class A drugs on the same date and being concerned in the offer to supply Class B drugs over the same period. 

It was accepted there was a case to answer and there were no contrary submissions.

Lynch was returned for trial to Derry Crown Court on April 14 and released on bail.
