Derry Magistrate's Court
A man has appeared at Derry Magistrate's Court charged with breaching his bail conditions.
Adam Toner (38) of Great James Street in Derry was granted bail last Monday on a number of drug charges. On January 31, he was arrested following breaching his curfew when police found him in Altnagelvin Hospital.
Following the initial call, Toner was returned home but was later found unconscious between the hospital and police station.
He was taken back to hospital by police and nurses deemed him unfit for interview due to his intoxicated state.
Defence Barrister Stephen Chapman said that Toner had, following his release last week, gone to Gransha for treatment as had been agreed in his bail conditions.

While there, he was said to have fallen asleep and so was transferred to hospital.
He added that Toner may have been assaulted when he was later found unconscious.
Bail was granted and he will appear again on February 12.
