Civic reception for Big Brother's Jenny Baird.
Popular Derry Big Brother contestant Jenny Baird (20) is to receive a civic reception in the city’s Guildhall when the compelling reality television programme finishes.
The reception was proposed by Cllr Patricia Logue (Sinn Féin), a neighbour of the vivacious housemate, at Wednesday's full Council meeting.
“Jenny is young and she is doing extremely well on the programme,” said Cllr Logue, “and when she comes out of Big Brother, I would propose at some stage we hold a reception for her.”
