Man remanded on criminal damage charge to police vehicle

Stephen Archer (30) of no fixed abode was charged with damaging a till, possession of class C drug and disorderly behavior

Suspended sentence for Donegal man at Derry Magistrate's Court

A man has appeared at Derry Magistrates Court charged with criminal damage, drug possession and disorderly behavior.

Stephen Archer (30) of no fixed abode was charged with, on September 2, damaging a till, possession of class C drug and disorderly behavior in Pizza Max in Coleraine.

He was also charged with, on September 3, disorderly behavior in Lisnagelvin Shopping Centre and criminal damage of a police vehicle.

A police officer connected the accused to the charges and there was no bail application. 

Defence solicitor Garrett Greene asked that the case be adjourned and he will appear again on September 8 and there may be a bail application  then.
