Derry Magistrates' Court
A man has been returned for trial to Derry Crown Court on charges of trespassing with intent to steal following a Preliminary Enquiry at Derry Magistrates' Court.
Alioune Sow (19) of Victoria Place in Derry was charged with the offence that was said to have occurred on December 17, 2023.
It was accepted that there was a case to answer and there were no contrary submissions.
Sow chose not to call any witnesses and not to submit any statements.
He was returned for trial to Derry Crown Court on August 20.
