Man (44) returned for questioning in connection with Derry illegal money lending investigation

A 44-year-old man arrested on November 6 2024 in Derry has been returned for questioning today (February 17).

A PSNI spokesperson said: "A 44-year-old man was arrested by detectives from the Police Service’s Terrorism Investigation Unit in relation to an ongoing investigation into illegal money lending.

"Today, following questioning, he was released pending a report to the Public Prosecution Service.
