Concerns have been raised with Translink about heating on the 212 bus service and Derry to Belfast train service.
Sinn Féin MLA Pádraig Delargy said he has received complaints from users of the 212 bus and the Derry to Belfast train that during the recent cold spell, the heating on those services was 'not what it should have been'.
The Foyle MLA said: “They (passengers) complained about having uncomfortable cold journeys between both cities. Some people were travelling to work, others hospital appointments and treatments in the City Hospital.
“I have asked Translink if a solution to this could be found as soon as possible.
“This is unacceptable in 2025, especially as we are trying  to persuade more people to use public transport."
