Derry Court
A man has been returned for trial to Derry Crown Court on a drug charge.
The man who was granted anonymity due to what District Judge Barney McElholm described as 'the generalised threat' in the city appeared at a preliminary enquiry at Derry Magistrate's Court today.
He faced one charge of being concerned in the supply of cocaine to another on a date between September 10 2020 and December 3 2020.
It was accepted there was a case to answer and there were no contrary submissions.
The man said he did not want to call any witnesses or make any statement at this stage.
He was returned for trial to Derry Crown Court on March 20 and released on bail.
