Police in Derry advising of possible traffic disruption due to band parade

Drivers are advised of possible traffic disruption today and tomorrow (Friday and Saturday, 16th and 17th June) due to parades in the city.

This evening, a parade is taking place from around 8.30pm-10pm. It will be crossing Dungiven Road from Irish Street onto Woodburn Road.

Then on Saturday, a parade is due to start at 11am, ending at 12pm. This is expected to cause minimal disruption to traffic. It will leave from Dungiven Road over the top deck of Craigavon Bridge into the city centre.

Officers will be in the area to ensure traffic disruption is minimal.
