Patrick Farren (32) of Riverview Apartments in Derry appeared charged with disorderly behaviour in Hillbilly Chicken in the Strand Road on November 16 last.

The court heard that the disorderly case was due to the evidence of two police officers and centred on Farren's attitude towards police.

District Judge Barney McElholm said that he was satisfied that the disorderly charge had been made out.

Defence solicitor Seamus Quigley said that when he entered the outlet he believed he was mistaken for his brother and was immediately told he was not getting served.
