The rally will be held on Saturday in Coleraine.
NIPSA (Northern Ireland Public Service Alliance) will stand with trade unions and community organisations in Coleraine this Saturday at the rally for peace and inclusion.
Speaking ahead of the rally, NIPSA Deputy General Secretary Patrick Mulholland said: “As a result of cuts to services, people are being left without the basics - secure housing, stable jobs and properly funded public services. Communities are under pressure and they need support, not division.”
NIPSA emphasised that the real challenges facing workers are being felt in everyday life: “When families can’t access the housing, healthcare or services they need, frustration grows. The answer is investment, fairness and decent public services, not turning communities against one another.”
The union added: “Our message is clear: everyone deserves a safe home, a good job, and strong public services. We stand for dignity and inclusion for all who live and work here.”
NIPSA is calling on members and supporters to join the demonstration and show their support for peace and inclusion on Saturday, April 4, from 2pm in Coleraine Town Hall.
