Oakleaf Lions to hold main fundraiser in Dungiven this weekend

Oakleaf Lions will be holding their main fundraiser this weekend in Dungiven.

A Big Breakfast in St Canice’s GAC in Dungiven has been organised by the County Derry based sports club.

The event will be held this Saturday, April 12 between 9.30am and 12noon.

The Oakleaf Lions was founded during lockdown by Liam Óg Hinphrey and Brian McGuigan from Dungiven.

This weekend's event is the club's main fundraiser for the year and every penny raised will go toward providing GAA, athletics and swimming opportunities all year round for children and adults with intellectual disabilities.

Locals are encouraged to come out and show their support to the Oakleaf Lions.

For anyone who cannot attend the Big Breakfast, donations can be made here
