Man (34) charged in connection with aggravated burglary in Draperstown

The accused will appear before Magherafelt Magistrates Court tomorrow morning charged in connection with the weekend incident

The man will appear before tomorrow's court sitting which will be held in Derry.

Detectives investigating an aggravated burglary at a property in the Glenelly Villas area of Draperstown on Sunday, September 8 have charged a man to court. 

The 34-year-old has been charged with aggravated burglary and stealing and aggravated burglary with intent to commit grievous bodily harm. 

He is due to appear before Magherafelt Magistrates' Court sitting in Bishop Street, Derry tomorrow (Wednesday  September 11). 

As is usual procedure, all charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.
