Saoirse-Monica Jackson has excited fans by sharing the first trailer of her upcoming Netflix series.
The Derry Girl star is part of the main cast of the new black comedy ‘The Decameron’.
Set to premiere on the streaming service from July 25, the show is not for a younger audience.
With the show taking a dark comedic view of the 1348 Black Death in Florence, the group attempt to wait out the plague with wine and sex.
This series has been inspired by the 14th century short-story collection The Decameron by Giovanni Boccaccio.
The 30-year-old shared the trailer to her Instagram page and on her story, while Netflix have shared the trailer to their YouTube channel.
And in support of her former Derry Girls co-star, Jamie Lee O’Donnell also shared the trailer to her Instagram story.
