Roe Valley Arts and Cultural Centre is thrilled to announce an upcoming performance by Scottish/Canadian folk and Americana songwriter Sarah Jane Scouten.

Sarah Jane will be supported by Benjamin Amos for what promises to be a fantastic night of music, taking place on Thursday, November 16.

Celebrated for her soul-stirring music which draws inspiration from iconic 60s and 70s country legends like Willie Nelson, John Prine, and Bobby Gentry.

Sarah Jane’s compositions seamlessly blend British folk revival influences with the richness of bluegrass and old-time melodies, creating a captivating musical journey.

Scouten is set to release her fifth album, "Turned to Gold" (Light Organ Records) this Autumn, and audience are set for an unforgettable night of heartfelt melodies and poetic lyricism.

Joining Scouten on stage will be the immensely talented Benjamin Amos, hailing from the picturesque north coast of Ireland. Amos made waves with his debut solo release, "Letters," last year, earning critical acclaim and substantial airplay across BBC radio stations.

His track 'Romario' was handpicked by Tom Robinson as the BBC Introducing Mixtape track of the week, and he was also listed as one of HotPress' 'Hot for 2023' artists. Amos's performance promises to be a captivating experience for the audience.

Tickets are priced at £15 (full) and £13 (concession) and are available from roevalleyarts.com or by calling 028 7776 0650.
