Kyle Black has been elected in Carntogher.
All five seats in Carntogher area have now been filled.
DUP's Kyle Black has secured a seat as has Paddy Kelly of Sinn Féin.
Sinn Féin now has four seats in the district with Brian McGuigan, Sean McPeake and Córa Corry earlier securing their seats.
