A 'Festival of Cricket' will be held in Magherafelt tomorrow, 1 April, at Meadowbank Sports Arena.
The event is free to enter, with all voluntary proceeds going to Marie Curie, and will be held between 10:30 am-4 pm.
Maghera Cricket club are hosting the event in partnership with Cricket Ireland.
A spokesperson for the event said there will be a variety of activities for all ages.
“There will be bouncy castles, inflatables, quizzes, cricket challenges, a cake competition, a 6 a side cricket tournament, junior and adult coaching and lots lots more,” they said.
“From 10:30 am-2 pm there will be junior coaching, at 1 pm professional cricketer Conor Olphert will be coming down for any press and coaching, and at 2 pm there is an adult cricket intro session with regional player and North West Cricket Union staff Brian Allen.”
