Doire Colmcille are favourites heading to Ardmore this weekend in the Junior Championship
Ardmore are on the verge of dropping out of the championship as nine teams are set to become eight this weekend.
After that, the quarter-final draw will take place based on final placings in the table after every team has played two games.
The top four teams will go into one pot, seeded separately from the next four.
Ardmore were on the end of a mauling in their first game, hit for nine goals by Moneymore with only Brendan McGilligan, with 0-5, getting on the scoresheet.
They had only listed the bare 15 and welcome Doire Colmcille to McCourt’s on Sunday.
Colmcille were leading by six points against Moneymore only for competition top score to pounce with two late goals to force a draw.
Malachy Campbell and Tiernan McKeever each scored two goals for Ciaran Quinn’s side who will be fancied to inflict a second defeat on Ardmore.
Magilligan welcome Slaughtmanus on Sunday who were forced to dig deep to see off Drum.
Trailing for much of the match, a later Gavin McShane wo pointer gave them hope before Conor McGee won the game with a late penalty.
Magilligan also struggled with Drum but pulled away much earlier, holding them scoreless in the final quarter.
At the other end, Connor Logue, James Payne, Conor Canning and Colly Mullan provide a scoring balance.
For All-Star forward Paddy Bradley has left his fingerprints over Magilligan’s attack.
Slaughtmanus will hope to get more support for Conor McGee who finished with 1-5 against Drum.
It’s a tough one to call but it may not the last they’ll see of each other.
The other game will Doire Trasna welcome a Glack side who were facile winners over Sean Dolan’s in the last round.
Ryan Morgan hit nine points with Padraig Morgan hitting the net in a fine team performance.
They are without Liam O’Brien with injury but will also fancy their chances of getting their hands on the Joe Brolly Cup.

Doire Trasna struggled for scores from play in their first group game and were comprehensively beaten by Ballymaguigan in the promotion play-off.
