Victor Barr, 255 Kylemore Park, Derry

The death has taken place of the late Victor Barr, September 13 2025, at his home 255 Kylemore Park, beloved husband of Marian, loving father of Shaun, (Patricia), Michael, Stephen and Catherine, devoted grandfather of Aoibheann, Declan and Eimear, cherished brother of Mary and the late Michael, Dolores and Geraldine. Victor will be sadly missed by his friends and the wider family circle. Victor will be reposing at his home on Tuesday, September 16 and Wednesday, September 17 from 12:00noon. to 10:00pm. Funeral leaving his home on Thursday, September 18 at 9:20am to St. Eugene’s Cathedral for Requiem Mass at 10:00am. Interment afterwards in the City Cemetery. The death has occurred of the late George Gibson, September 13 2025, suddenly at his home, 92 Old Coach Road, Portstewart, George Barton McCaul. Dearly beloved husband of Jennifer, much loved father of Michael (and his partner Alex), Peter and Christopher, father-in-law of Lottie and Noeleen, grandad of Evelyn, Florence, Cecily and Hugo and brother-in-law of James. Hugh Hegarty, 10 Victoria Park, Derry

It is with deep sorrow and great sadness that we announce the passing of Hugh Hegarty, peacefully at Altnagelvin Hospital on September 14 2025. Late of 10 Victoria Park. May he rest in peace. Beloved husband of the late Eilis. Devoted father of Patrick, Hugh, Timothy, Hillary and Sarah. Dearest father-in-law of Tracy, Julie, Faujiah, Tim and the late Noella. A much loved granda and great-granda to all of his loving grandchildren and great-grandson.
