Sarah Barbour (née Canning), 13 Ballymore Park, Derry

It is with deep sorrow and great sadness that we announce the passing of Sarah Barbour (née Canning), peacefully at The Causeway Hospital on September 9 2025. Late of 13 Ballymore Park. May she rest in peace. Beloved wife of the late Hugh. Devoted mother of Hugh, Johnny, Pius, Sindy, Catherine, David and the late Francis (Twinkle). A much loved grandmother and great-grandmother to all of her loving grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by all of her wider family circle, friends and neighbours. Sarah’s remains will be reposing at her late home, 13 Ballymore Park. Funeral leaving from there on Thursday, September 11 at 11:20am for 12.00pm Requiem Mass in St. Columba’s Church, Longtower. It is with deep regret and sorrow we announce the passing of Ann (Christine) Doherty (née McLaughlin), September 9 2025, Peacefully at Templemore Nursing Home Eglinton. Beloved wife of the late Manus R.I.P. Loving mother of Manus, Michael, Harry, and Mary. Mother-in-law of Liz, Siobhan, Nicky, and Ollie. A much loved grandmother and great-grandmother. Daughter of the late Michael and Mary R.I.P. Dear sister of Michael, Malachy and the late Helena, Maeve, Margaret, and Carmel. Paul Duffy, 21 Rochester Court, Coleraine

The death has taken place of the late Paul Duffy, September 7 2025, (suddenly) at his home, 21 Rochester Court, Coleraine. Paul, much loved father of Alistair, Jordan and Caitlin, loving son of Gerald and Geraldine, dear brother of Ryan, Colleen and the late Martyn and Aaron and a dearly loved uncle, cousin and second dad to many. Service in his mother’s home, Apt 4. 60 Society Street, Coleraine on Monday at 11.00am followed by cremation at Antrim and Newtownabbey Crematorium at 1.00pm. Family and friends welcome at his mother’s home from Saturday at 5.00pm. No flowers please. Dorothy Fullerton (née Hassan), 3 Drumlamph Lane, Castledawson

Margaret Ann Green (née Gorman), 8 Church View, Tobermore

The death has occurred of the late Margaret Ann Green (née Gorman), September 9 2025, (peacefully) at Antrim Area Hospital, dearly beloved Wife of the late Raymond, 8 Church View, Tobermore, much loved Mother of Nadine, loving Mother-in-Law of Laurence, much adored Nana of Catherine and her Husband David and dearest Sister of George, Harry, John, Heather, Sharon and the late Samuel, William, Christine and Elizabeth. Family and Friends welcome at Nadine and Laurence's Home, 19 Edmund Court, Tobermore on Wednesday (September 10) and Thursday (September 11) from 12noon - 10:00pm. Funeral will take place from Nadine and Laurence's Home on Friday (September 12) at 1:30pm, to Kilcronaghan Parish Church for service at 2:00pm, followed by burial in the adjoining Churchyard. Family flowers only please. May he rest in peace. Late of 48 Church Street, Limavady, Co Derry. Beloved husband of Jennifer née Lowry. Loving father of Conor (Caitlin) and devoted grandfather of Cahán. Son of the late Eddie and Lizzie R.I.P. and dear brother of James Patrick, Elizabeth, Edward, Roger, Mary, Jean, John, Michael and Paul. Deeply regretted by the entire McLaughlin and Lowry family circles. Reposing at his late home. Tracey Murray, Derry

The death has taken place of Tracey Murray, September 9 2025, peacefully, after a short illness, at Altnagelvin Hospital, beloved partner of Paddy, loving mother of Patrice and Ciaran, devoted daughter of the late Eddie and Marie, cherished sister of Lisa and Denise and a dear and loving nana to all her grandchildren and aunt to all her nieces and nephews. Dearly loved and will be sadly missed by the wider family circle. Tracey will be reposing at her sister Lisa’s home, 2 Leafair Gardens. Funeral leaving 2 Leafair Gardens on Thursday, September 11 at 9:20am to St. Columba’s Church, Longtower for Requiem Mass at 10:00am. Interment afterwards in the City Cemetery. St. Pio pray for her.

Jamie Neely, Coleraine

It is with regret we announce the passing of Jackie Quigg, September 9 2025, Peacefully at Owen Mor Care Centre. Beloved Husband of the late Eileen and Loving Father of Paula, Dermot and Brian. Dear Grandfather of Leagh, Finn, Darragh and Emma. Dear Brother of Joe, Detta, Maurice, Malachy and the late Fr Harry, Sheena and Gregory. Jackie will repose at his brother Maurice's home, 22 Dunwood Park from 3.00pm on Wednesday, September 10. Funeral from there on Thursday, September 11 2025 at 9:30am to St Columbs Church, Chapel Road for Requiem Mass at 10:00am. Interment immediately afterwards in the City Cemetery.
