The death has occurred of William John (Billy) Brown, August 4 2025 (peacefully) at Antrim Area Hospital, surrounded by his family, William John (Billy), dearly beloved husband of Mavis, 6 The Oasis, Magherafelt, much loved stepfather of Julie, Alan and Jayne, loving granda to Emily, dearest brother of David, Samuel, Marjorie and the late Anette, Hadessa and Roberta and a dear brother-in-law of Eric and Mary. The death has taken place of Fred Cullen, August 4 2025 peacefully, surrounded by his loving family, at his home, 24 Argyle Terrace, (Snooker, formerly of Cromore Gardens), beloved husband of the late Margaret, (née Campbell), loving father of Denis, Sharon, Anna Marie and Michael, devoted grandfather of Caitlin, Eoin, Martin, Riley, Simone, Cheyanne, Callen and Aliyah, cherished brother of Meave, Malachy and the late William, Ted and Regie. Sadly missed by his friends and the wider family circle. Fred will be reposing at his home. House strictly private from 10:00pm to 11:00am. Funeral leaving his home on Wednesday, August 6 at 9:20am to St. Eugene’s Cathedral for Requiem Mass at 10:00am. Interment afterwards in the City Cemetery. Margaret Doherty (née Duffy), 74 Whitehouse Park, Derry
The death has taken place of the late Margaret Doherty (née Duffy), August 4 2025, beloved wife of Frankie, loving mother of Keith, Gareth, Callum and Glenn, mother-in-law of Caroline, Megan and Rioghnach and devoted grandmother of Ava, Rowan, Freyja and Matthew. Family and close friends are welcome to pay their respects at the family home, 74 Whitehouse Park, on Tuesday from 3.00pm - 9.00pm. Funeral from there on Wednesday at 10.40am for 11.30am Requiem Mass in Star of the Sea Church, Faughanvale. Interment afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. Family flowers only please. Our darling beloved Charles (Robbie) Doran passed away peacefully on Saturday, August 2 2025. He will be very much missed by his family, and we take comfort in knowing that he is with Jesus now. He leaves his wife Irene, sons Martin and Robert, his daughter Isobel, his grandchildren Jonathan, David, Judah, Abigail, Josiah, Eve and Elliot, and his great-grandchildren, Lydia, Martha, Elizabeth, Olive and Laurie.
