We regret to inform you that the death has taken place of Frank Donaghy, peacefully at Rush Hall Care Home on May 16 2025. May he rest in peace. Late of 38 Garvagh Road, Dungiven, Co Derry, BT47 4LU. Beloved husband of Margaret “Peggy” and loving father of Francis (Donna), Paul (Margaret), Deirdre (Seamus), Seamus (Martina), Thomas (Siobhan), Raymond (Emma) and Margaret. A devoted grandfather and great grandfather. Son of the late Frank and Bridget R.I.P and dear brother of the late Patsy, Fr Tommy, infant Catherine-Rose and Teresa R.I.P. Reposing at his late home. Family time 10.p0pm to 11.00am. Funeral on Monday, May 19 leaving his late home at 10.15am for 11.00am Requiem Mass in St Patrick’s Church, Dungiven. Interment immediately in the adjoining graveyard. Late of Brook Green, Coleraine and formerly of Ballymoney. Loving father of Meggy, A much loved grandfather of Kelsey and Leon. Son of the late Samuel and Margaret. Dear brother of John, Betsy, Joe, Jenny, Mary and Helen. The death has taken place of the late Nancy Hegarty (née McErlain), May 17 2025, peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family,  beloved wife of the late Bernard and loving mother of Peter, Michael, Johnny, Francis, Patrick, Dolores (McCormick), Theresa (McGrogan), Bernadette (Wilson) Mary (McDonald) and Oliver.  Daughter of the late Peter and Bridget McErlain and sister of the late Patrick, Rita and Owen. Funeral from her home, Rose Cottage, 37 Magherafelt Road, on Tuesday, May 20 at 11.15am for 12.00noon Requiem Mass in Church of St. Columba Straw, interment afterwards in adjoining cemetery. Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on her soul. Deeply regretted by her sons, daughters, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Family time only please from 10.00pm - 10.00am. Ella Margaret (Lila) Morrison (nee Henry), Ballymoney (formerly of Coleraine)

The death has taken place of the late Ella Margaret (Lila) Morrison (nee Henry), May 17 2025, peacefully at St James’ Lodge Care Home, Ballymoney. Ella Margaret (Lila), formerly of Nursery Avenue and Rathain Fold, Coleraine. Dearly loved wife of the late Joseph, much loved mother of Ivan, Ernie, Raymond, Ken, Millie, Margaret, Alan, Stephen and the late Robert; a much loved mother-in-law and much adored by her many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. House Private. Service of Thanksgiving in New Row Presbyterian Church, Coleraine on Tuesday at 2.00pm, followed by interment in First Dunboe Presbyterian Churchyard, Articlave. Susan Theresa O’Hagan, 6 Beechland Drive, Magherafelt

The death has taken place of the late Susan Theresa O’Hagan, May 17 2025, Peacefully at Glenkeen Private Nursing Home. Beloved daughter of the late Mary. Formerly of 6 Beechland Drive, Magherafelt. Susan is reposing in J. A. Gormley’s Funeral Home, 1 Main Street, Maghera from 2.00pm on Sunday, May 18 until removal to Church of the Assumption, Magherafelt arriving for 5.00pm. Requiem Mass on Monday, May 19 at 11.00am. Interment afterwards in St Patrick’s Old Cemetery, Keenaught. Requiem Mass can be viewed Via; Webcam – Magherafelt Parish. Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on her soul. Deeply regretted by her sorrowing Goddaughter Justine Higgins, Aoife, Jarlaith, Moya and friend and neighbours.

 

Margaret Quigg (née Hutton), 28 Little Diamond, Derry

The death has occurred of the late Margaret Quigg (née Hutton), May 16 2025, peacefully at Altnagelvin Hospital,, beloved partner of Liam, loving mother of Shauna and Nicola, devoted grandmother to Caitlin (and her fiancé David), Caoinhin and Ellie, dear daughter of the late Ellen and James, cherished sister of Marie, Kate, Peter and the late Jim and a caring aunt to all her nieces and nephews. Dearly loved and will be sadly missed by the wider family circle and her friends and neighbours. Margaret will be reposing at her home, 28 Little Diamond on Sunday from 11:00am to 11:00pm. Funeral leaving her home on Monday, May 19 at 9:30am to St. Eugene’s Cathedral for Requiem Mass at 10:00am. Interment afterwards in the City Cemetery. Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on her soul. Patricia Josephine Toner (née Bryson), 96 Dowland Road, Limavady

The death has taken place of the late Patricia Josephine Toner (née Bryson), May 16 2025, Peacefully at Altnagelvin Hospital. Beloved wife of John. Loving mother of Jacqueline McKay, Gloria Bradley, Katrina Doherty, Colm, and Edel Madden, a much loved grandmother and great-grandmother. Daughter of the late Thomas and Kathleen Bryson. R.I.P. Dear sister of Mary, Rose, Anthony, Joe, Tommy, Martin and Sean. Deeply regretted by all the family circle. House private please. The death has occurred of the late Jean Elizabeth Wilkinson, May 16 2025 (peacefully) at Antrim Area Hospital, 46 Mullaghboy Road, Bellaghy, beloved wife of the late Adam, much loved mother of Melvin and dear mother-in-law of Joanne. Funeral from her late residence on Sunday, May 18 at 2.15pm for service in Bellaghy Presbyterian Church at approximately 3.00pm. Interment afterwards in Ballyscullion Parish Churchyard.
