Heather Roberta Harriet Clarke (née Lewers), 18 Norwell Park, Castlerock

The death has taken place of the late Heather Roberta Harriet Clarke (née Lewers), May 11 2025, peacefully at The Foyle Hospice, 18 Norwell Park, Castlerock, dearly loved wife of Ian, loving mother of Kerrie, Ryan and Gemma, mother-in-law of David and much-loved grandma of Molly. House private. Service of Thanksgiving in Christ Church, Castlerock on Wednesday at 2.00pm, followed by interment in Downhill Burying Ground. Please wear bright colours (no black). No flowers please. The death has occurred of the late Elizabeth Ann Coughlin, May 9 2025, in Craigavon Area Hospital. Dearly beloved mother of David and Gareth. Dear mother-in-law of Faith and Heather. Myra Lynch (née McDaid), 25 Pennyburn Court, Derry

The death has taken place of the late Myra Lynch (née McDaid), May 12 2025, peacefully at Altnagelvin Hospital, beloved wife of Michael, 25 Pennyburn Court, loving mother of Brendan, Peter, Michaela and Sharon, mother-in-law of Majella, Helena, Paul and Michael, devoted granny of Adina, Clíodhna, Chloe, Aaron, Eoin, Emily, Laura, Molly and Oscar and dear sister of Patsy, Aidan, Bridie, Rita, Kathleen, Seamus and the late Sadie. Her remains will be reposing in her home. Funeral from there on Wednesday at 9.30am for 10o’clock Requiem Mass in St Patrick’s Church, Pennyburn. Interment afterwards in the City Cemetery. Family time please from 10.00pm to 10.30am. Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on her soul. St Gerard intercede for her.

 

Bridie McGlinchey (née McElhinney), 148 Lettershandoney Avenue, Co Derry

We regret to inform you that the death has taken place of Bridie McGlinchey (née McElhinney), suddenly but peacefully, at home on May 10 2025. May she rest in peace. Late of 148 Lettershandoney Avenue, Co Derry. Beloved wife of Noel. Loving mother of Séamus (Noleen), Christopher (Lisa), Michael (Petrina), Oliver (Lorraine), Niall (Emma) and Mary (Stephen McVey). Devoted grandmother of Daniel, Rebecca, Anna, Oísin, Cahir, Shéa, Caitlin, Niamh, Rose, Bridie, Shane and Rían. Beloved daughter of the late James and Catherine McElhinney R.I.P (Tamnagh) and loving sister of the late John and Martin R.I.P. Deeply regretted by the wider family circle. Bridie is reposiing at her late home.vWake will commence at the family home on Tuesday (May 13) from 2.00pm to 10.00pm and Wednesday (May 14) from 2.00pm to 10.00pm. Funeral on Thursday, May 15 leaving at 11.45am for 12.30pm Requiem Mass in St Mary’s Church, Tamnaherin. The death has taken place of the late Stephen McReynolds, May 10 2025, Peacefully in Altnagelvin Hospital, Surrounded by his loving wife and family circle. Late of Nelson Drive and Antrim. Dearly beloved husband of Linda. Devoted son of John and Moira. Loving brother of Susan and Chelsee. Precious uncle to all his nieces and nephews. A celebration of Stephens life will take place in the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 1A Bonds Hill, Derry on Thursday, May 15 at 2,00pm followed by burial in Ballyoan Cemetery. Family flowers only. Visitors welcome to pay respect's at Adair and Neely Funeral Home, 10-12 Foyle Road, on Wednesday, May 14 from 2.00pm until 5.00pm. Deeply Regretted by his loving family circle. Barry Maguire, Derry

The death has taken place of Barry Maguire, May 6 2025 suddenly in Paris, beloved son of the late Paddy and Kathleen, loving brother of Sharon, Ciara, Patrick and Conie and a much loved brother-in-law and uncle. Funeral arrangements later. Family flowers only please. Collette Murphy-Melaugh, Friel Close, Derry

It is with deep regret we announce the passing of Collette Murphy-Melaugh, May 11 2025, peacefully at Altnagelvin Hospital, (late of Friel Close), beloved mother of Caitlin and Pearse, loving daughter of Liam and Theresa, cherished sister of Liam and Kirsty, and a loving aunt to all her nieces and nephews. Dearly loved and will be sadly missed by the wider family circle and friends. Collette will be reposing at 134 Creevagh Heights. Family time please from 10:00pm to 10:00am. Funeral leaving 134 Creevagh Heights on Wednesday, May 14 at 9:20am to St. Mary's Church, Creggan for Requiem Mass at 10:00am. The death has taken place of the late Marian Norby (née Collins), May 10 2025, peacefully, at her home, 8 Dunmore Gardens, beloved wife of the late Raymond, loving mother of John, Michael, Brian, Christopher, Veronica and the late babies Thomas and Kathleen, devoted grandmother of Alex, Sean, Aodhán, Clodagh and the late baby Ronan, and a dear and loving sister of Eddie, Peter and the late John. Marian will be reposing at her home. Funeral leaving her home on Tuesday, May 13 at 9:20am to St. Mary’s Church, Creggan for Requiem Mass at 10:00am. The death has taken place of the late David Paul, May 11 2025 ,(peacefully) at Antrim Area Hospital, surrounded by his loving Family, dearly loved Husband of Phyllis, 5 Tullyheron Road, Maghera, much loved Daddy of Karen and Ian, loving Father-in-Law of David and Cherith, devoted Granda of Emma-Louise, Ellen, Adam, Ewan and Zara and dearest Brother of James, Robert, Hugh, Margaret, Kenny and the late Amy. House strictly private. All welcome at D. Watters Funeral Home, Tobermore on Thursday evening (May 15) from 7:00pm - 8:30pm. A Service of Thanksgiving for David's Life will take place in Maghera Presbyterian Church on Friday, May 16 at 2:00pm, preceded by a private Family burial. Family flowers only please.
