Funeral arrangements for the late Annie Brown, Died April 8 2025 (Limavady & Ballerin). N.B. House strictly private please family only. Peacefully at Cornfield Care Centre, formerly of 36 Edenmore Road, Limavady. Beloved daughter of the late William and Jeannie Brown and dear sister of Mary (Moore), Robert, Elizabeth (Le Porin) and the late Willie John and Rosaleen (Marani). Removal from her sister Mary Moore’s residence, 194 Meadowvale Park, Limavady on Thursday evening at 5:15pm to St. Mary’s Church, Ballerin arriving approx. 6.00pm. Requiem Mass on Friday at 12noon followed by interment in adjoining cemetery. Queen of the most Holy Rosary pray for her. Deeply regretted by the entire Brown Family circle. Family flowers only please.

The death has taken place of the late Elizabeth (Lily) Canniffe (née Chambers and formerly Scott), called home April 8 2025 (peacefully), in her 96th year, 46 Beechland Road, Magherafelt, dearly beloved wife of the late Tony (Canniffe) and William George (Scott), loving and devoted mother of George, Joyce, Dorothy, David, Derek, Jim and the late Harold, Anthony and Baby William, dear mother-in-law of Eamon, Eamon, Isobel and Deborah, loving granny of Ronald, Alison, Julie, Nicola, Grainne, Adrian, Lisa, Ciara, Tanya, Jason, Cherith, Jordan, Andrew, Rebekah, Leeanne, Laura and the late Richard, also a cherished great-granny and dearest sister of May, Alfie, Eileen, Thompson and the late Billy, Robin and Eric. House private. Family and friends welcome in Garvin’s Funeral Home, 15 Ballyronan Road, Magherafelt, BT45 6BP on Thursday evening (April 10) from 7:00pm –8:30pm. A Service of Thanksgiving for Lily’s life will take place in Magherafelt Gospel Hall on Friday (April 11) at 2:00pm. Family flowers only please. Eileen Clarke (née O’Connell), 2 Belvoir Park, Culmore, Derry

The death has occurred of the late Eileen Clarke (née O’Connell), April 8 2025, peacefully at Altnagelvin Hospital, beloved wife of the late Pat, loving mother of Cindy, Yvonne, Laura, Paul and the late Pat, dear mother-in-law to Keith, Barry, Nadine and the late Eddie, devoted grandmother of Carolyn, Rachel, Eva, Niamh, Aoife, Dearbhla and Julian and great-grandmother of Ava, Aodhán, Rían and Kylian, dear daughter of the late Michael and Eva, cherished sister of Moira, Peg, Monica, Noel, Michael and the late Martin. Dearly loved and will be sadly missed by the entire family circle. Eileen will be reposing at her home, 2 Belvoir Park, Culmore. Funeral leaving her home on Friday, April 11 at 9:20am to St. Eugene’s Cathedral for Requiem Mass at 10:00am. The death has occurred of Baby Sophia Lagan, born sleeping on April 9 2025 (19 Ballygruby Road, Moneymore) and will be forever loved by her mum and dad Nadine and Paul Lagan, her brother and sister Daithi, Neavh and her late brother Noah. Owen McCormack, 9 McMaster Crescent, Castledawson

The death has taken place of the late Owen McCormack (Castledawson), April 8 2025, peacefully at R.V.H. surrounded by his loving family, beloved son of Mary (nee Gunning) and the late John and loving brother of Patricia Wylie (Kevin), Bernie Dawson (Richard), Shaun (Anne), Paula, Anthony, Lucia Cassidy (Gareth), much loved uncle of Ryan, Christopher, Ciaran, Cormac, Megan, Ellie-Rose, Lucy, Katie and Daniel. Funeral from his home, 9 McMaster Crescent on Friday, April 11 at 10.30am for 11.00am Requiem Mass in Church of St Patrick Castledawson, interment afterwards in cemetery at Church of St. John Milltown. Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on his soul. Deeply regretted by his mother, brothers, sisters, nephews, nieces and extended family circle. Family time please from 10.00pm to 11.00am. We regret to inform you that the death has taken place of Michael Gerard Mullan, suddenly but peacefully, at home on April 8 2025, may he rest in peace. Beloved son of Patrick and Catherine Mullan R.I.P. Loving brother of Seamus, Brian, Anne, Joe, Kathleen, Dolores and Philomena. Reposing at his sister Kathleen Grieve’s home, 35 Derrychrier Road, Dungiven, Co Derry. Service in St. Patrick’s Church, Coleraine on Saturday at 11.00am followed by interment in Portstewart Cemetery. House private. Family flowers only please. Kathleen Shiels (née Henry), 26 Slievemore Park, Derry

It is with deep sorrow and great sadness that we announce the passing of Kathleen Shiels (née Henry), suddenly at home on April 8 2025. Late of 26 Slievemore Park. May she rest in peace. Devoted mother of Michelle, John and William. Loving grandmother of Billy, Kieran, Grace, Callum and Brandon. Precious great-grandmother of Scarlett, Frazier and George. Beloved daughter of the late Mickey and Annie Henry of 25 Cable Street. A much loved sister and aunt. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by all of her wider family circle and friends. Kathleen’s remains will be reposing at her late residence, 26 Slievemore Park from 1.00pm until 7.00pm today (Thursday, April 10). Funeral leaving from there on Friday, April 11 at 9:20am for 10.00am Requiem Mass in St. Columba’s Church, Longtower.
