Frank Flynn, Magherafelt

The death has occurred of the late Frank Flynn (Magherafelt), March 20 2025, beloved husband of the late Maureen and loving father of Bernie, Francis, Brenda, Declan and the late Angela, brother of Joe, Dan, Mary Teresa, Monica and the late Jimmy and Felix. Funeral from his son’s home, 66 Kiln Park Templepatrick BT39 0BB, on Monday, March 24 at 10.00am for 11.00am Requiem Mass in Church of our Lady of the Assumption Magherafelt, interment afterwards in cemetery of Church of St John Milltown. Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on his soul. Deeply regretted by his sorrowing sons, daughters, sons in law, daughters in law, grandchildren, brothers, sisters, nephews, nieces and extended family circle. Seamus McCartney, 134 Elaghmore Park, Derry

The death has taken place of the late Seamus McCartney, March 22 2025, at Altnagelvin Hospital, husband of Margaret, loving father of Caitroina, Eva and Rory, devoted grandfather of Nicole, Noah and Shay, cherished great-grandfather of Fiadh and dear brother of Betty, Martin, Noel, John, Peter and the late Mickey and Tony. His remains will be reposing in his home, 134 Elaghmore Park, from 12noon to 9.00pm on Sunday. Funeral from there on Monday at 12.30pm for 1o’clock Requiem Mass in St Joseph’s Church, Galliagh. Daughter of the late Dan and Jane. Sister of the late Peter, John, Dan, Susan, Jennie, Jim, Paddy and Annie. Grandmother to, Sean, Sarah, Terese, Sheree, Claire, Catherine, Ciara, Annie, Ryan, Caitlin, Una, Daniel & Emma Rose and loving great grandmother. The death has taken place of Lynn Porter, March 21 2025, peacefully surrounded by her loving family at Altnagelvin Hospital, beloved daughter of the late Andy and May, cherished sister of Barbara, Pius, Phil, Seamus, Liam, Bernie and the late Maureen, Anne and Eddie, a dear sister-in-law and a devoted aunt and great-aunt to all her nieces and nephews. Dearly loved and will be sadly missed by the entire family circle. Lynn will be reposing at her home, 30 Brookdale Crescent.
