The death has occurred of the late Athelstan (Gus) Bowden, March 20 2025, (peacefully at hospital) beloved husband of Eileen (née McLaughlin) and much loved father of David and Andrew. “House Private Please” Gus’s remains are reposing in WJ O’Donnell & Sons Funeral Home, 41-43 Mount Street, Ballymena, BT43 6BW. The death has occurred of the late Frank Flynn (Magherafelt), March 20 2025, beloved husband of the late Maureen and loving father of Bernie, Francis, Brenda, Declan and the late Angela, brother of Joe, Dan, Mary Teresa, Monica and the late Jimmy and Felix.  Funeral from his son’s home, 66 Kiln Park, Templepatrick BT39 0BB, on Monday, March 24 at 10.00am for 11.00am Requiem Mass in Church of our Lady of the Assumption Magherafelt, interment afterwards in cemetery of Church of St John Milltown. Margaret McDaid (née Doherty), 6 Rathmore Road, Derry

It is with deep sorrow and great sadness that we announce the passing of Margaret McDaid (née Doherty), peacefully at home on March 20 2025. Late of 6 Rathmore Road. May she rest in peace. Beloved mother of Perry and Christina. Loving sister of Teresa Rutherford. A much loved aunt to all of her nieces and nephews.
