Susanne (Nana) Kelly, Derry

It is with regret we announce the passing of Susanne (Nana) Kelly, March 13 2025, peacefully at Deanfield Care Home (formerly of Millar Street), beloved daughter of the late Joe and Ellen (Lila), cherished sister of Veronica and the late Myra and Patrick and a loving aunt to all her nieces and nephews. Loved and will be sadly missed by the wider family circle. Susanne will be reposing in Bradley & McLaughlin’s Funeral Chapel on Friday, March 14 from 3:30pm to 5:30pm. Removal leaving there at 5:30pm to St. Columba’s Church, Long Tower for Requiem Mass on Saturday, March 15 at 10:00am. Interment afterwards in the City Cemetery. Sacred Heart Of Jesus have mercy on her soul. Our Lady Of Lourdes intercede for her.

 

Jean McClarey (née Canning), 88 Highlands Road, Limavady

The death has taken place of Jean McClarey (nee Canning), Limavady, 13th March 2025. Peacefully at Altnagelvin Hospital. Loving wife of the late Hugh R.I.P. Caring Mother of Liam, Sharon, Gregory and mother-in-law of John and Gaynor. A devoted Grandmother of David, Brian, Sarah-Jayne, Niamh, Beth and also a great-grandmother. Sister of Gabrielle and of the late Agnes, Willie, Sister Anna, Kathleen and Patsy R.I.P. Her remains will repose at her late residence 88 Highlands Rd (from 5pm today – Friday). Family time please between 10pm and 10am. Funeral from there on Sunday 16th March at 10.20am for 11am requiem mass at St.Finloughs Church. Interment immediately afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu can be made to 'St.Finloughs Hall' c/o O'Brien & McGrotty Funeral Directors, 16 Glenside Brae, Limavady, Co.Derry, BT490RY. Nancy Mullane (née McNeill), 2 Aghermore Avenue, Portstewart

The death has occurred of Nancy Mullane (née McNeill), Died March 12 2025, at Causeway Hospital (surrounded by her loving family), late of 2 Aghermore Avenue, Portstewart. Dearly beloved wife of the late Eric and much loved mother of Susan (Nigel) and Paul (Jill), adored grandma grandmother of Ellen, Luke, Finlay and Mollie; sister of Kathleen, Bernadette and the late Mary, Roisin and Charlotte. Family and friends are welcome to call at the family home, 2 Aghermore Avenue, Portstewart on Friday or Saturday between the hours of 2.00pm – 4.00pm and 7.00pm – 9.00pm. Family flowers only please. Funeral Mass will take place on Sunday at 12noon in St. Mary’s, Star of The Sea, Portstewart, followed by interment in Agherton Cemetery, Portstewart. Kathleen Murphy (née McNicholl), Glenullin

Funeral arrangements for the late Kathleen Murphy (née McNicholl), died March 13 2025, (Farrantemple, Glenullin). N.B. Everyone welcome to call at the family home, (65 Tirkeeran Road, Garvagh, Coleraine BT51 5AY) on Saturday and Sunday from 11.00am to 10.00pm. Beloved wife of the late Michael; loving mother of Diarmuid, Conor, Ruari, Sinead (Lammie) and the late Colm, dear mother-in-law of Michelle, Pauline, George and a much adored nana of Dearbhla, Calum, Cormac, Cara, Aoibhinn, Cian, Odhrán and Cillian. Daughter of the late Josie and Patricia and loving sister of Hugh Arthur and the late Seamus.bFuneral from her late residence, 65 Tirkeeran Road, on Monday, March 17 2025 at 10:45am for 11:30am Requiem Mass in St. Joseph’s Church, Glenullin. Noel Redden, 25 Columban Terrace, Strabane (formerly of Derry)

The death has taken place of Noel Redden, March 13 2025, at Melmount Manor, late of 25 Columban Terrace, Strabane and formerly of Deanery Street and Beechwood Avenue, Derry. Beloved husband of Magdalene, much loved father of Michelle, father-in-law of Steve, dearly loved of grandfather of Ryan, Ronan, Rebecca, and Rhys and brother of the late Jim, Willie, Patsy, John, Tony, Fr. Don, Mary, Cissie, Rosaleen and Josephine. Reposing at his home. Funeral leaving his home on Saturday (March 15) at 9.20am for Requiem Mass in St Mary`s Church, Melmount at 10.00am. Interment afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. Deeply regretted by his sorrowing wife, daughter, son-in-law, grandchildren, greatgrandchildren and family circle.
