We regret to inform you that the death has taken place of the late Edward (Eddie) Hegarty, February 7 2025, peacefully at Cornfields Care Home, late of Rushbrook House, Craigmore Road, Blackhill, Coleraine, dearly beloved husband of Tillie, much loved father of Edwin, Sandra, Rosemary, John, Lorna and the late Anne, dear father-in-law of Christine, John, Joy, Martin and the late David, a dearest grandfather, great grandfather and a dear brother. Funeral service in Aghadowey Presbyterian Church on Monday at 2.00pm followed by a private committal. House private. Family flowers only please. Beloved wife of Samuel, loving mother of Lisa, David, Lesley and Laura, much loved sister of Myrtle, Jim and Gareth, mother-in-law of Ali, Lois, Ian and Ryan and proud grandmother of Angus and George, Klara, Eden and Sam, Isabel and Sadie and Ossie. Funeral from her late residence on Saturday, February 8 at 1.15pm for service of thanksgiving in Bellaghy Presbyterian Church at 2.00pm approximately. Brigid McCann (née Downey), 20 Beechland Park, Clady

The death has taken place of the late Brigid McCann (née Downey), peacefully at hospital surrounded by her loving family (20 Beechland Park, Clady, Portglenone), beloved wife of the late Paddy, much loved mother of Colin, Anne (Cassidy), Fiona (Daly), Siobhan (Molloy), Eamon and Noel and loving sister of Annie (McCrystal), Edward, Eamon, Kathleen (Coyle), Jean (MacOscar), Patrick and the late Peggy (Shaw) and Mary Ann (Fitzsimmons). Brigid’s remains will leave her late residence on Saturday, February 8 at 10.40am for 11.00am Requiem Mass in St Oliver Plunkett’s Church, Clady (which can be viewed via the parish webcam), burial immediately afterwards in St Mary’s Cemetery, Greenlough. Deeply regretted by her sorrowing sons, daughters, brothers, sisters, sons in law, daughters in law, brothers in law, sisters in law, 13 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren and all the family circle. Ivan McNerlin, Limavady

The death has taken place of the late Ivan McNerlin, passed away peacefully at his home in the loving care of his family, on February 6 2025. Philomena (Phil) McQuaide, 26 Little Diamond, Derry

It is with deep sorrow and great sadness that we announce the passing of Philomena (Phil) McQuaide, peacefully at Edenballymore Lodge Care Home on February 6 2025. Late of 26 Little Diamond. May she rest in peace. Beloved mother of Anna. Devoted partner of the late Terry Doherty. Loving daughter of the late Jean and John. A much loved sister of Berna, Briege, Monica and John.
