James Henry (Jim) Barr, 16 Carthall Park, Coleraine

The death has occurred of the late James Henry (Jim) Barr, October 5 2024, peacefully at home 16 Carthall Park, Coleraine. Dearly beloved husband of Eva, loving father of Rosemary and David, father-in-law of David, much loved grandad of Samantha, Matthew and Amy and dear brother of Margaret, Sadie (South Africa) and Charles. Funeral service in Killowen Parish Church, Coleraine on Tuesday at 1.30pm followed by interment in Portstewart Cemetery. Family flowers only please. Don Boyle, 51 Glen Road, Derry

We regret to inform you that the death has taken place of the late Don Boyle, 5th October 2024, peacefully at Altnagelvin Hospital, beloved husband of the late Maria, loving father of Darren and Kevin, and father-in-law of Michele, devoted grandfather to Cormac, Oisín, Adohán and Bradán, and great-grandfather of Cohan, a dear and loving brother of Billy, Kathleen, Pat, Frances and the late Brian and a dear brother-in-law to the Rigby family. Dearly loved and will be sadly missed by the wider family circle. Wake commencing at his home, 51 Glen Road on Monday, October 7 at 10:00am. Family time please from 10:00pm to 10:00am. Funeral leaving his home on Tuesday, October 8 at 9:20am to St. Eugene’s Cathedral for Requiem Mass at 10:00am. Interment afterwards in the City Cemetery. Anthony (Tony) Brown, 13 The Meadows, Derry

The death has taken place of the late Anthony (Tony) Brown, October 5 2024, peacefully at the Foyle Hospice, beloved husband of the late Veronica, loving father of Cathy, Stephen, David, Rachel and Lisa , father-in-law of Andrew, Beatrice, Farida, Declan and Ronan and much loved grandfather of Emilia, Annie, Dara, Olivia, Luca, Ennan, Beth, Finn and Jack and dear brother of Anne and Ursula. Tony's wake will take place in his home, 13 The Meadows from 12noon - 9.00pm on Monday. Funeral from there on Tuesday at 9.30am for 10o’clock Requiem Mass in St Patrick’s Church, Pennyburn. Interment afterwards in the City Cemetery. Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu of flowers if wished to the Foyle Hospice, 61 Culmore Road, Derry, BT48 8JE. Gordon Cox, 78 Hazelbank Road, Drumahoe

The death has taken place of the late Gordon Cox (ex R.U.C), October 2 2024, Peacefully at Altnagelvin Hospital (surrounded by his loving family in his 70th year) much loved and devoted husband of Rita, loving brother of Margaret, dear brother-in-law of Alister and a very much loved uncle. Funeral service in his late home, 78 Hazelbank Road, Drumahoe, on Tuesday, October 8 at 12.30pm followed by cremation in Antrim and Newtownabbey Crematorium at 3.00pm. We regret to inform you that the death has taken place of James Cox, peacefully at his home, on October 5 2024. Late of 38 Altcar Park and formerly of 86 Rinmore Drive. May he rest in peace. Beloved husband of the late Angela. Devoted father of Paul, Joseph, Deirdre, Declan, Sharon, James and Majella. A much loved father-in-law of Nerys, Jacqueline, Michael, Eugene, Rosie and Conor. Loving granda and great-granda to all of his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. A dear brother to all of his brothers and sisters. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by all of his wider family circle, friends and neighbours. Jame’s remains will be reposing at his late residence, 38 Altcar Park. The death has occurred of the late Dominic McColgan, October 5 2024, (peacefully) at hospital, 14 Laurel Hill Road, Coleraine, dearly loved husband of Anne, much loved father of David and his fiancée Naomi, Daniel and his partner Sháuna and devoted granda of John. The death has taken place at her home of Susan Padmore (née O`Reilly), October 6 2024, late of 55 The Park, Ballybofey and formerly of Derry. Beloved wife of the late Frederick (Fred), much loved mother of Russell, Kevin, Keiron and the late Lisa and Sean and sister of Raymond, Charlie, Moya, Martin, Annie, Tina and the late Teddy, Lawrence, Brian, Don and Peggy. Reposing at her home, 55 The Park, Ballybofey on Tuesday (October 8) from 3.00pm to 9.00pm. Requiem Mass in St Columba`s Church, Long Tower, Derry on Wednesday (October 9) at 10.00am. Interment afterwards in the City Cemetery. Deeply regretted by her sorrowing sons, grandchildren, great grandchildren, brothers, sisters and family circle. Dear father-in-law of Sharon and Brenda. Loving grandfather of Andrew, Jenny, Ben, Ross, Christina, and Ashleigh. Great-grandfather of Jonathan.
