Paul (Deano) Deane, Derry

The death has taken place of Paul (Deano) Deane, 17th September 2023, beloved father of Martin, Ciara, Aaron and Aisling, father-in-law of Stephanie, Gary, Cherie and Conor and dear friend of Shirley, a much loved grandfather and dear brother of Tony, Marie and the late John and Martin. His remains are reposing in his son's home, 11 Swift Court, Ballymagroarty. Funeral from there on Wednesday at 9.30am for 10o'clock Requiem Mass in Holy Family Church. Interment afterwards in the City Cemetery. Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on his soul.

Maria Dempsey, 1 Loughview Park, Kilrea

We regret to inform you of the sudden passing of Maria Dempsey R.I.P. (Kilrea). Died 17th September 2023. House Private Please. Family and close friends welcome to call. Maria R.I.P. late of 1 Loughview Park, Kilrea. Beloved mother of Ellie Mae and Ethan. Loving daughter of Paul and Margaret, much adored sister of Paula and Orla, sister-in-law of Alan and loving aunt of Tommy and Theo. May her gentle Soul rest in peace. Leonard Donaghy, 13 Drumachose Park, Limavady

The death has occurred of Leonard Donaghy, passed away peacefully at his own home surrounded by his loving family at 13 Drumachose Park, Limavady. Much loved Husband of Kathleen and loving father of Garen and Paul, Dear brother of Agnes. Funeral leaving his late home on Wednesday at 2pm for service in Christ Church Limavady at 2.30pm followed by burial in adjoining Churchyard. House private. Dorothy Doherty (née Campbell), 5 Tudor Close, Derry

The death has occurred of the late Dorothy Doherty (née Campbell), 16th September 2023, peacefully at her home, 5 Tudor Close. Beloved wife of Brian, Loving Mother of Martin, Bernadette, Bernard, Dorothy, Joseph and the Late Majella. Much loved Grandmother. Dorothy will be reposing at her son Bernard's home, 53 Barrs Lane. Removal on Tuesday to St Columba’s church, Longtower to repose overnight for Requiem Mass on Wednesday at 10.00am. Interment afterwards in the City Cemetery. The death has taken place of Rev. Fr. John Downey (Moneyneena), beloved brother of Pat, Ann, Jacinta, Roma and the late Lawrence. Funeral arrangements will be updated when available

Joseph Heery, 20 Oak Country Green, Derry

The death has taken place of Joseph Heery, 18th September 2023, peacefully at Altnagelvin Hospital, Derry, aged 89, beloved husband of the late Sheila (formerly of Belfast), loving father of Angela, Michael and the late Sean, father-in-law of Brian and Louise, devoted grandfather of Louise, Paul, Laura, Meghan, Niall, Louis and Danny, great-grandfather of Jamie and Jordon and dear brother of Mollie, Pat and the late Tom, Phil, Johnnie, Michael, Hugh, Billy and Margaret. Family and friends are welcome to pay their respects at his home, 20 Oak Country Green, Derry, BT47 6FU, on Wednesday from 12noon to 10pm. Funeral from there on Thursday at 9.30am for 10o’clock Requiem Mass in St Columb’s Church, Chapel Road, Waterside. Interment will take place in Bundoran. The death has taken place of Brian Quinn (Quinny), 18th September 2023, peacefully at his home, 56 Woodland Walk, Limavady after a short illness. Beloved partner of Michelle. Loving father of Emily and Daniel, and dear stepfather of Steven, Kevin, Julie, and David.
