18‑year‑old charged with aggravated burglary and theft in Derry
Police charge 18-year-old with multiple offences, including aggravated burglary and drug possession, after a Strand Road disturbance
Police have said that an 18-year-old male has been charged to appear at Derry Magistrates' Court, September 10, with the offences of Robbery, Aggravated burglary and stealing, Possession of an offensive weapon with intent to commit an indictable offence, and Possession of Class A and Class B controlled drugs.
The charges relate to an incident in the city centre of Derry, on Strand Road, on September 9.
As is usual procedure, the charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service
