The PSNI
Police investigating a report of assault in a house in the Mountainview Park area of Dungiven on Sunday, 2nd February, have charged a 40-year-old man to court.
He was charged with a number of offences including Assault Occasioning Actual Bodily Harm and is expected to appear before Limavady Magistrates’ Court this morning.
As is usual procedure, the charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.
