Emerald Urgent Care launches corporate membership at Derry clinic

Emerald Urgent Care has just launched its new Derry Corporate Membership Scheme, designed to give local employers fast, reliable access to high quality urgent care services for their employees from its new facilities in Unit 6, Timber Quay, 100 Strand Road, in the City.

The new scheme offers organisations a simple, cost effective way to provide employees with priority access to urgent care services, avoiding long waits and minimising disruption to their day.

It ensures staff can access the right care quickly and easily, with members benefitting from direct access to Emerald Urgent Care’s clinical team for the assessment and treatment of common illnesses, minor injuries and workplace related health concerns, with the added option of remote consultations or on site support at the workplace when required.

“We are seeing increasing demand from employers who want practical healthcare solutions that genuinely support their staff,” said Jonny Davies, MD of Emerald Urgent Care.

“Our Corporate Membership Scheme is designed to give businesses peace of mind, knowing their employees can access timely, professional medical care when they need it most.”

Open to organisations of all sizes and sectors, the scheme provides a flexible alternative or complement to traditional private medical insurance. It is particularly suited to employers seeking rapid access to care for common workplace health issues, minor injuries, and acute illnesses.

The membership model also offers predictable costs through a simple structure, while helping ease pressure on primary and emergency care services by offering an alternative pathway for non-emergency medical care.

Emerald Urgent Care, with clinics across Northern Ireland, provides both walk in and appointment based urgent care for a wide range of non emergency medical needs, delivered by experienced clinicians in a modern clinical setting. The centre treats conditions such as minor injuries, infections, respiratory illnesses, and other urgent but non life threatening health concerns.

By extending its services to corporate members, Emerald Urgent Care aims to strengthen partnerships with local businesses while continuing to serve the wider community.

“This launch reflects our commitment to accessible, responsive healthcare,” added Jonny. “By working directly with employers, we can help keep people well, reduce time away from work, and ensure patients receive the right care, at the right time, in the right place.”

The Corporate Membership Scheme is now open to employers across Northern Ireland, with tailored packages available depending on organisational size and needs.
