Pete Boyle, owner of Let’s Go Padel

Let’s Go Padel, the company behind Let’s Go Hydro, is driving rapid growth of padel across Ireland and will open a major new indoor venue at Springtown, Derry on December 11 2025 following a £2 million investment.

The development will introduce 10 indoor courts, including eight doubles courts and two singles courts, making it the largest indoor padel facility in Ireland once all courts are fully operational in January. The project marks a significant expansion of the sport in the region and brings one of the world’s fastest growing and most inclusive sports to the North West.

A grand opening event will take place on 13 December 2025, featuring coaching, on-court sessions, and food across four scheduled activity sessions.

Padel is recognised for its accessibility, sociability, and appeal to players of all ages and abilities. The venue at Springtown Industrial Estate has been designed to support both participation and community engagement, offering professional-standard courts, dedicated social spaces, and an on-site retail area for equipment and apparel.

Pete Boyle, owner of Let’s Go Padel said: “Our vision was to create a facility that not only delivers world-class courts but also opens the door for everyone to enjoy a truly accessible and inclusive sport.”

The investment represents a major economic boost for Derry. The project is expected to create a range of new jobs across operations, coaching, and supporting employment in the local area both during the launch phase and as the facility grows.

Pete Boyle added: “This project is about more than new sport, it’s getting the community together, having fun and getting people of all capabilities involved.”

Public bookings open from 11 December 2025, on the Let's Go Padel website: Let's Go Padel
