Headliners have been announced for The Gathering, a one-day event on August 11 hosted at Derry’s Sandinos.

It is part of Féile 2024, the North West’s biggest community arts festival. The festival aims to bring together some of the local talent with the shining stars of new Irish music.

Headliners include John Francis Flynn, Rónán Ó Snodaigh & Myles O’Reilly, Mohammad Syfkhan, and Lemoncello.

Meanwhile, there will be local talent in the form of Tessio, Teknopeasant, and Ruá.

The Féile this year is taking place between August 10 and August 17, 2024.

Tickets for The Gathering are on sale for £22.

The one-day festival is not the only event during Féile 2024, with other events including a The Whistlin’ Donkeys show at The Gaysard Centre on August 15, as well as an event in collaboration with Celtronic on August 16 in Derry.

Meanwhile The Féile posted on their Facebook page to look for volunteers for the festival.

It said: “Every year, the Féile greatly benefits from the volunteers who selflessly devote their time to a broad range of events in our programme. Without them, a lot of Féile wouldn't be possible.

“If you're interested in volunteering, we would love to have you on board!”
