FEM brings autumn equinox gathering to Dunmore House this Sunday

Registered Nutritionist Jade Bradley hosts a curated morning designed to regulate the nervous system and build community
Final preparations are underway as Registered Nutritionist and Women’s Health Coach Jade Bradley brings FEM back to Dunmore House & Gardens this Sunday, September 13, for The Autumn Harvest: Honouring the Season Within.
The half-day immersive gathering aims to shift the conversation away from overwhelming wellness metrics and toward lived experience, nature, and community connection.
Bradley notes that while modern health advice on nutrition, sleep, and tracking is valuable, it can often cause unnecessary stress. True wellbeing, she believes, is instead rooted in supportive community, shared meals, rest, and nature.
Designed to take place ahead of the Autumn Equinox, the event invites women of all ages to pause and reflect before entering the winter months.

This Sunday's schedule inside Dunmore’s converted barn begins with an autumn-inspired breakfast and live string music before moving through grounding yoga with Caitriona Lyttle, ecotherapy with Michaela McDaid, and conscious connected breathwork with Leonie Sheehan.
The heart of the experience features The Harvest of Change storytelling series, highlighting real women who navigated major life transitions.
Cassie Jane Buckley will share how building community brought thousands together; Michaela McDaid will detail her path from a bipolar diagnosis to an intuition-led life; and Christine Donaghy will speak on adapting to narcolepsy by shaping a career around her available energy.

Bradley emphasises that the protected unguided space between sessions is intentional, allowing attendees to naturally connect and find community.
Tickets for this weekend's experience include seasonal food, warming drinks, sweet treats, live music, and a curated gift collection.
