The Mayor Councillor Ruairi McHugh welcomed Chinese Consul Li Nan to the Inner City Trust’s Craft Village where Chinese Lanterns have been placed to mark the beginning of the Year of The Fire Horse. They also visited Foyleside Shopping Centre where manager Paul Doherty took them to view the electronic display marking the occasion and the Lanterns which have been placed at the upper entrance to the centre.
