Mayor Lilian Seenoi-Barr at the launch of the Care Project (Collective Approach to Rural Exclusion) which brings together Learmount, Ballymagorry, Dennett and Artigaran in a joint project to help reduce rural exclusion for the 50-plus age group in the Sperrins. The art exhibiion funded by the Care Project and helps reduce isolation.
