Minister of State Mary Coughlan who was guest at the Doire Le Duchas Seminar held in the Calgach Centre. Doire le Duchas is a new initiative with its aims to implement a bilingual strategy which will promote the Irish language within the city by bilingualising street signs, traffic signs, schools, churches, public sectors, and all local businesses.
