Tyrone and Donegal are level on a scoreline of 0-08 to 1-05 in their Ulster Minor Football Championship clash at McCumhaill Park in Ballybofey.

Defending champions Donegal got off to the perfect start and were four points ahead after just two minutes thanks to a point and a goal from Conor Doherty who replaced Mark Coyle in the starting line-up named by Declan Bonner (pictured) during the week.

Johnny Harkin pointed for Tyrone before Ethan O’Donnell restored the four point margin in the sixth minute.

Points from Conan McLernon and Cormac O’Hagan reduced the deficit to two after ten minutes.

O’Donnell and Ryan Coleman exchanged points to leave the score 1-03 to 0-04 in Donegal’s favour after 15 minutes.
Two points from McLernon saw the sides level three minutes later.

Fintan McClure put the Red Hands in front for the first time with a long range point in the 20th minute.

McLernon, with his fourth point of the game, extended the lead in 23rd minute.

Points from a Rory Carr “45” and a Barrett free sent the teams in level at the break.
