Dubliner, Rachel Wyse, will front Sky Sports' maiden coverage of the GAA alongside Rugby League presenter Brian Carney.

Sky today announced their punditry team ahead of this summer's championship with Tyrone legend Peter Canavan being joined on the football sofa alongside former Aussie Rules player and Roscommon gael, Paul Earley.

Tipperary’s Nicky English and Clare’s Jamesie O’Connor will be casting their eye over the hurling action whilst Dave McIntyre and Mike Finnerty will act as the station's commentators.

Sky Sports' first game will take place on June 7, the Leinster Hurling Championship between Kilkenny and Offaly before Dublin and Wexford take centre stage in the SHC the following week.

On June 21, the stations will broadcast a provincial football game from Connacht before the Ulster Senior Football Championship semi final between either Armagh or Cavan and Down, Tyrone, or Monaghan.

Sky Sports' remaining games consist of eight Saturday evening matches in the All-Ireland qualifier and, two All-Ireland football championship quarter-finals.
