Derry City's loss is Coleraine's gain as Oran Kearney snapped up his second Candy Stripe in less than a week and plans for a third.
Former City number two goalkeeper Eugene Ferry is the latest player to cut ties with the Lone Moor Road as he goes in search of first-team football in the Irish League.
The 25-year-old has signed an 18-month deal with the Bannsiders, ending an eight-year association with Derry and joining up with friend and former team mate David McDaid who joined the north coast club last week.
Meanwhile, Dean Jarvis' future has been thrown into further doubt with the left back the latest of Derry men linked with a move to Coleraine. Roddy Collins stated last week that he wanted Jarvis to stay and prove his worth but Kearney is believed to be keen to make Jarvis his third maiden city import and his departure after one season at the Brandywell could be imminent.
