Relegation threatened Derry were beaten by Cork 0-20 to 2-10 in today's Allianz National Football League Division 2 clash at Celtic Park.
Cork had the better of things in the first half and led 0-6 to 0-4 after 19 minutes.
By the break the Rebel County held a one point lead, 0-10 to 1-6 with Danny Tallon getting Derry's goal.
Tallon got his second goal to put Derry ahead 2-9 to 0-15.
But Cork came back and went on to win by four points.
