Michael O'Neill's men will take on Uruguay and Chile in two friendlies set to take place on May 30 and June 4 and both Ferguson and Lafferty make up the local contingent to represent the Windsor Park side.
Ferguson has been on loan at Birmingham this year whilst Lafferty's reputation continues to grow after a fine season with Burnley but there was no call-up for Paddy McCourt in O'Neill's 22-man squad.
