Incredibly, the first five races were all won by dogs winning for the first time ever in a competitive race.
Brendan Devine's "Alien Choc Ice" won the opening Novice 350 in 19.28 - and one lucky punter scooped €193.20 on the trio.
Eunan McBride's "Smurfing Evita" clocked 19.22 in the second race, an S4/S5 350, a first win in 15 outings!
Colm Burns' "Gaelforce Shadow" was the next to record first win (after seven previous starts) as he won a A6 525 in 29.46
Race number four, a S5/S6 350 contest, was won by Paul White's "Friday's Malteser" in 19.10
"Smurfing Season" for Eunan McBride completed the list of first time winners by clocking 29.25 in the Peggy MacGettigan 90th Birthday 525 Stakes.
The sixth race produced a sensational run by Coloarhouse Paddy" for Patsy White who won the S3 350 contest in 18.78 - the fastest time of the year over the distance.
The feature ninth race, the A. McLean A4/A5 Quad Distance Final, worth €2,000 to the winner, was won by Keith Martin's "Have a Go" in 33.10 over 600 yards.
