Kenny Shiels will face Cork junior side Blarney United in the first round of the FAI Cup following the draw this afternoon.

The Candy Stripes have been drawn away and will travel to O'Shea Park for the game, which will take place on the weekend ending Sunday August 12.

With a League Cup semi-final against Sligo Rovers to look forward on August 6, Shiels will be targeting the FAI Cup as another potential run at silverware.

Finn Harps were drawn away to troubled Bray Wanderers, while Cockhill Celtic will welcome Premier Division outfit Limerick.
