The Prince's Trust are urging people to sign up for Get Started with Martial Arts, Derry before it's too late.
The course is for those aged 16-24 and currently out of education, training and employment.
This fantastic opportunity offers an introduction to Judo, Kickboxing, Muay Thai & MMA, ISKA First Aid Training and your first belt, with Strike Martial Arts Academy!
Participants will also receive up to three months of support after the programme to help continue with their progression.
It's FREE and travel and lunch expenses will be covered throughout the programme!
A taster/selection day will be held on 7th February.
The programme runs from 13th – 17th February.
