The 15-year-old youth who made off from police in Dungiven on Monday was arrested in Magherafelt this morning.
He was arrested at about 11am on supicion of theft, being unlawfully at large, and assault on police. Two other teenagers were arrested at the same time on suspicion of theft after police were called to a shop at Broad Street.
All three remain in custody.
