A 21 year-old woman who admitted assaulting a staff nurse in Gransha Hospital is currently in prison for other offences.
Julie-Anne Fenton, whose address was given as Hydebank Wood Young Offenders Centre, is charged with common assault. The attack took place on April 21, 2014.
Derry Magistrates Court was today told that Fenton was in custody on other matters.
A pre-sentence report was ordered and she will appear back before the court again on December 19.
